I walked into the shop, my mouth watering for the taste that I love, 'must.... have.... pie....' i thought.

my brain went haywire as i saw that one pie that stood out above the rest. HOLY CHOCOLATE PIE!!! i started hyperventilating and tried to slow my heart rate down.... in.... out... every five seconds, calm breaths. it didn't work. my breathing sped again as i looked at the pie so gracefully put in front of me. 45 rupees.

"FORTY-FIVE RUPEES FOR A PIE?!?!" i shouted and everyone stared at me. i walked to a corner and sat down inconspicuously and put my head down. i brought out my pouch and counted the rupees i had with me. twenty-four. i sniffed and felt my face go into a frown and tears pricking at my eyes, 'forty-five rupees?!? why do the goddesses hate me?! i only need three more.' i thought in a depressed manner and i sighed.

i got up and walked out of the shop dejectedly, 'pots, pots pots... where to find them....' i looked up and found sparkling pots and my pupils went big. i brought out my sword and slashed the pots to pieces out of habit.

"HEYYYYY!!!" i heard a voice shout, "THOSE ARE MY POTS!!" i looked up and saw a plump man waddling in my direction.

"Meh?"

"you have to PAY for those now! YOU FREAK OF NATURE!!"

"MEH?!?!?" i freaked out and my left eye started twitching.

the man held out his hand and narrowed his eyes, "i'm WAITING" he said loudly. by then everyone was looking at us.

that's when i got a moment of inspiration: i ran for it, "YOU'LL NEVER CATCH ME ALIVE!!!!" i tripped and fell. how many times have i tripped and fallen? i lost count at 2,485,396 times. i've broken many bones from Blue and then Vio shakes his head at me and turns away, Shadow gives me the evil eye, and Green yells at me. every time i get hurt. 'stupid, Red,' i thought. i always get hurt at the wrong time, like when we were running from Dodongo and i fell. after a faerie revived me from being trampled, Blue broke my spine. it took me a year to heal from that, even with a faerie. all because of me, we almost died. i laughed maniacally.

the fat guy tried to waddle after me, but fhailled. i laughed again, "hehehehehehehehehehehehehehe" i ran out of the town and to our hiding spot a few miles away. i was breathless when i got there, but not that bad. i'd run farther.

Vio said, "ok, guys, have you finished setting up camp?"

Blue warned, "now, don't start that again," his temper rising.

"ok...." Vio looked downcast.

"guys, i got ran out of town, and since i look like you, you're in trouble too," then i mumbled as an afterthought, "stupid pots."

"WHAT?!?!" Vio yelled. then he looked down and was in deep thought. he was probably thinking of the calculations of the percentage in being mistaken as one another. i rolled my eyes. Green gave me the fatherly look: he was about to yell at me. i braced myself to get yelled at, but it never came. instead, Shadow suggested that i be given a few rupees. i looked at him in awe, "how did you know i needed them?"

"Gufuu's old servant. hello? i know a few of his tricks," he said darkly.

i smiled boldly.

"don't get ants in your pants- er tunic- because we need to look. you have the most rupees here, i bet. you and your forty-two rupees."

Green yelped, "f-f-f-fort-t-t-y- t-two?!"

"and the pie is forty-five," Shadow said before i could reply, "and yes, i should stop reading your thoughts, but i wont. so too bad." he taunted.

i darkened my eyes, tensed for a fight.

"FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!" Blue yelled.

"no, don't fight. no fighting until we get the rupees for Red. he wont stop badgering us until we do."

Red thought and then nodded brightly.

so all the Links looked for rupees in their pockets.

"i got one here!" Green called.

"one over here" Shadow said soberly.

"i got five here!!" Vio said, "oh no. don't you dare touch me" and he backed away from the advancing brothers"

Blue called, "twenty over here!! Run Vio."

Vio chucked the blue five rupee and Red caught it. Vio ran a few hundred meters out. Blue threw the red rupee toward him when his back was turned to run and it landed in his belt, which was a little loose, so Blue started chuckling.

Red dashed after Vio and tackled him to the ground, "GERROF ME YOU PERV!!" Vio yelped.

Red held up the red rupee in triumph and ran off toward town with the many new rupees he had collected. he ran into the shop without being caught, because it was twilight-night. Red through down the rupees and yelled, "GIMME THE CHOCOLATE PIE NOW!"

the bartender meekly and timidly said,"it got bought a few minutes before you came in."

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Red yelled in agony. then he ran off in search of the missing pie.
